All our orders are shipped as soon as possible to make sure your purchase reaches you as quickly as possible. The standard ground shipping is the only shipment format we use. Most items are usually delivered within the U.S. in 2-10 days after we ship. UPS and Fedex delivers on weekdays only.
If any item in your order is delayed or back-ordered, we will ship the items as soon as they become available.
At this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
All Returns must first be approved by CCL and must be clearly marked with our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box. Returned Items that do not have this number on the box will be refused and shipped back to sender.
Returned Items must be in Original Packaging in Brand New Condition.
Any products that have been used or mounted will NOT be accepted for returns.
TURBO KITS ARE SOLD AS IS AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. THEY WILL PROBABLY REQUIRE INSTALLATION BY A PROFESSIONAL SHOP. ADDITIONALLY, YOU WILL USUALLY HAVE TO BUY EXTRA PARTS.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender, and credit will not be given until all returned items are received. Accepted returns will be credited the full purchase price less shipping and handling fees from the original transaction, returns may be subject to a 35% restocking fee. We do not accept returns after 30 days, no exceptions. All returns must be discussed with staff at CCL. *Note: Wheel offsets are only estimates and do not warrant a return as long as the wheel properly mounts and clears the vehicle.

Wrong Item Received: If for any reason you have received a materially different Item in shape, form, and functionality from what you ordered BMW PARTS WHEELS will ship you the correct item at no additional cost to you.
Customer Satisfaction: At CCL we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you have any issues concerning your purchase we'd ask that you please call or email us to resolve the issue. If we can't resolve an issue with your purchase by replacement with a different item or application we will refund your purchase price less a 35-50% restocking fee and any shipping and handling charges. In the event that a inaccurate statement is made, represented, or otherwise intended; the Site will not be held liable. Special order items and freight items such as, but not limited to, body kits, spoilers, wings, wheels cannot be returned on the premise of item descriptions or content on the website.

No Responsibility To Sell Mispriced Products Or Services. CCL shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. INCARPARTS.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, CCL shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
